Product Description

When will I receive my boxes? Why did only some of my furniture arrive?

This furniture set will be shipped in 3 separate boxes, which may arrive at different times. Please be patient as they will be delivered gradually.

What is the weight capacity of the patio set?

The single seat chair, swivel chair, and ottoman all support up to 350 lbs. The 2-seat love seat sofa can hold up to 700 lbs, and the 3-seat sofa couch has a weight capacity of 900 lbs.

Why do mounting holes not align during installation?

During installation, make sure to follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten screws until all are in place, then tighten them all at once.

Are the cushion covers removable and washable?

Yes, the cushion covers have zippers and can be washed.

Do I need to remove cushions during rain?

The cushion covers are water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. To prolong cushion life, store them in a dry place when not in use.
